OMAKASE CLUB
12 seats. 12 courses. A new guest every month.
This is Gaijin’s take on omakase — intimate, creative, and always evolving. Each month, we invite a different chef (or bartender or someone cool) to design a one-off menu that reflects their style, story, and whatever they’re obsessed with right now.
It’s laid-back, not buttoned-up. Expect interesting flavours, unexpected ideas, and good conversation across the table.
No repeats. No previews. Just a fresh take, every time.
