Concept

A curated pre-dining experience that serves as both a prologue to the main meal and an independent sensory journey. The lounge will operate on the same nights as the main dining service, offering a unique approach to pre-dinner anticipation. Works as a sort of negative space between the real world and Jūni restaurant. The lounge will be open to the public with limited spaces available each night to accommodate walk-ins. The lounge will be intimate with a sort of Neo-Tokyo romantic energy (think Lost In Translation or a dream sequence written by Haruki Murakami). The bar will serve a small but innovative snacks menu alongside world class cocktails that harness the local ingredients alongside nailing the classics as every bar should.
